The waterfalls, the scenery, the spectacular foliage.... amazing! And our guide was just terrific, too. We absolutely fell in love with your beautiful island.   • George, this is a note to say a big thank you for the excellent service and advice you gave us regarding the levada walks. We found them quite easy and very enjoyable. Although the last climb on the sao lourenco walk was quite hard we managed it and it was worth the climb. We visit Madeira every year so look forward to doing more levada walks next year and will contact you again.

    we'd like to thank you for excellent tours organized by your agency. On Thursday we took part at West tour with Lisa and she was great, great guide as well as excellent driver :) And on Saturday we had a wonderful hike in the mountains with Tania, she was very nice and great, too!!

  • Hello George, we have just had two wonderful weeks in Madeira and i must thank you for making our holiday that bit more special, by the warmth and knowledge of the people you use by your company, that took us on our tours and walks. The typical night we went on the last Saturday of our stay was the icing on the cake so to speak. We will certainly be using your company again . It is a beautiful place, but we would not have enjoyed it as much without our wonderful guide and driver - he went out of his way to make sure we were expertly taken care of.

    Ken and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the tours, the East, the West and the Nun's Valley.Our guides were great and gave us a tremendous amount of interesting information about the island. It might be worth mentioning on your website that the places where you stop for lunch are a little isolated. Since we were going out to eat every night, we had decided against having lunch on the west tour but realised our error and did have lunch on the East Tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. In fact we would have said that it was one of the highlights of the day, all sitting round the table together enjoying a lovely traditional meal - and the wine!

    I also enjoyed my levada walk and would like to have done more but perhaps next time. Anita, the guide was great there too.

    We recently made use of your firm to provide a Madeira tour for us when we were there for the day on a cruise ship - MSC Musica. I think we were there on 29/3/09. Well, the tour you provided was absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money. The lunch that was included at Porto Monis was equally special. The service at the restaurant was very good and the food plenty and very tasty. The staff too were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.

    The driver of the taxi that took us around the island, Paul De Jesus, was friendly, helpful and very nice to us. We had a fantastic day which was made possible by the good service provided by your company. I enjoyed the trip so much that I plan on returning soon with my husband and will no doubt recommend your firm and the excellent service that you provide.

    Now that we are back in the USA, we wish to thank you for the outstanding Levadas tour we had with your company on 21 April 2009. Your guide did a superb job and worked very hard to insure we made our ship departure with time to spare. You were right in saying this walk (Queimadas) is the best. I do not believe anyone else from the cruise ship made a walk as we did. We told everyone we met on the ship how adventurous our walk was! For us, at age 62 and Paul with a very bad knee, this was a once in lifetime experience.

    Madeira is a very beautiful island with wonderful people. We hope to return at some time for a longer visit, to walk more, and enjoy Madeira wine.

    I wanted to say good bye and thank you for your kindly help but you didn't work on Sunday and I didn't have time on Monday morning to go there. Every excursion was beautiful. The drivers were nice. I enjoyed them very much. In the Hungarian forum for going to Madeira I wrote there my experiences and they were asking about the tour office so I wrote about you :) I wrote there the address of your internet site, too.

    We've just got back from your beautiful island and I just wanted to drop you a quick mail to say thanks for organising both trips for us, the nuns valley tour was excellent, our guide very knowledgeable and the perfect choice for helping us to learn about the history of the island, absolutely brilliant.     We are back in the UK now and I thought I would let you know how much we enjoyed (despite the rain on the first day!) both half day taxi tours which you arranged for us.
    Our guide and driver on both occasions was Paul and he was informative, courteous and good company. He ensured that we had a good time.
    If we return to Madeira (we hope to do so) and need a tour or a taxi, we would not hesitate to contact you again.

  • Hi, we are currently writing this at the end of our holiday in Madeira. We booked the Rabacal Levada Walk, East of Island Tour and the Nunns Valley tour.
    We'd like to say how much we enjoyed all 3 excursions and particularly like to comment on our guides NuNu (?), Luisa and Marco who were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make each trip interesting and enjoyable.

    Just thought I would drop you a line now we are back to say how much we enjoyed our trips.  Manni and Paul were both great and really knew their stuff.  We really enjoyed the Lavada walk too - even in the rain!  Madeira was lovely - my husband and I liked it so much we are now booked to return in the summer.  I will recommend you to anyone I hear is coming to Madeira and will be back on line before we come in the summer to plan our trips for July.

    Just a bit of forward planning and a belated thank you. The excursion in November was excellent and a very enjoyable and memorable day, many thanks to your company and especially the drivers for making it such a fun packed day.

    We are looking at cruising with Royal Caribbean again this November and as we had so much fun on your beautiful island last year we are looking at doing the same cruise in order to visit Madeira again. We are interested in using your company again for an excursion and would like to know what else we can do as although the Center Island trip was great fun we would like to see another part of the island next time.
